What you'll do

Your day-to-day.

  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Help with safe transfers, ambulation, and mobility.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
  • Take and record vitals per the care plan.
  • Report changes in condition to the supervising nurse.

What we're looking for

Who thrives here.

  • Active Illinois CNA certification.
  • CPR certified.
  • Experience with older adults preferred.
  • Patience, warmth, and respectful communication.
  • Reliable transportation to reach clients across the area.
