At Harmony Care Haven, our Home Health Aides are highly trained paraprofessionals dedicated to delivering compassionate, competent personal care in the comfort and familiarity of each client’s home. Their work is carried out under the supervision of a licensed Registered Nurse (RN), ensuring safe, coordinated care at all times.
Our aides assist with essential daily living activities and are also equipped to perform basic healthcare-related tasks, including range of motion (ROM) exercises, mobility support and assistance with self-administered medications, as directed. They monitor clients closely and promptly report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse, helping to ensure proactive, timely intervention and continuity of care.
